Well… until you put a scoop of chocolate chip ice cream in my face from Baskin Robbins then all my will power is literally gone and reappears again like Lebron's hairline once the ice cream has been devoured. Since I am also intrigued by natural ways to rev up my metabolism, increase energy, and assist with the all too familiar female bloat I decided to try this apple cider vinegar drink that keeps popping up on my newsfeed. JJ Smith talks about the advantages of drinking ACV daily. She states it reduces bloating, reduces stomach fat, aids with indigestions and cleanses the liver. Apple cider vinegar is used for a variety of natural remedies. It is also quite popular in the natural hair world because it alleviates dry scalp and will help with its pH balance. I was like, “where da fugg you been all my life?” I took my fake bougie ass to Whole Foods cause I had to have the Braggs brand of course!
Fast forward to the next morning, I augmented the recipe cause I didn’t want shit to do with the cayenne pepper. Instead I tried 4 oz of water, 2 tbsp of ACV, 1 tbsp of half tsp of fresh lemon juice and a dash of cinnamon. Chiiiillllleee when I tell you that fuckery is the devil’s drank, trust me! I wanted to spat that shat (yes, shat) out! The shit is torrible (the hood hybrid of terrible and horrible)! It felt like I was taking shots of spicy pickle juice. Like I had just threw up bile and swallowed it back down on purpose. Like I jumped in the pool and chlorine water went up my nose and almost killt me. Like I wanted to find JJ Smith and fight her real hard. But me being the player I am, I committed to it for 1 week to see if I would notice a difference. And guess what??? Bruh, I was feeling good – less bloated, digestion was godly, and I just felt skinnier. Although it tasted like “fuck naw” I will continue to use it. It honestly tastes better with time.
